Sea and I got together this weekend to work on some crafting. It was a dreary rainy weekend so we started our day on Saturday with garage sales. We found at least 7 sales we wanted to hit before noon, but ended up only hitting 2. The first one, as always, was the best. Sea got an awesome magazine rack for a dollar and among some clothing purchases I got 6 antique door knobs for a dollar each...I'm hoping to make a coat rack. We also made it out to Craftstravaganza at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. There were some awesome vendors and mostly we were looking for inspiration. There was an overabundance of Resin art-shower resin, pendants, and random resins. One of my favorite vendors had toddler clothes that were uber cute but also uber expensive, so alas, I purchased nothing. It was fun nonetheless. Here's a few pictures of the vendors that were pretty cool. Look for more info at Craftstravaganza.com.
